Before, our team at Basement Systems Toronto was called to a home in Milford Bay, where the crumbling crawl space and improper support beams posed a selling challenge. Mr. Durand in Markham, Ontario, was looking to get a new sump pump system because he was having water infiltration issues, and he did not have an existing sump pump. While searching the internet for a solution, he came across our website and decided to give us a call, seeing as we had examples of many completed sump pump installation jobs. Our team booked him an appointment for a free inspection at his convenience. Our specialist Jason met Mr. Durand at his Markham home to complete the inspection. He proposed to install 18 feet of WaterGuard® Below Floor Drain as well as a new SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System in order to thoroughly keep out any water infiltrating into the basement.
