On a recent project in Lake of Bays, ON, we helped a homeowner dealing with a crawl space that felt more like a humid spa—just without the relaxation. Moisture was everywhere, creating the perfect environment for mold, odors, and long-term damage.
After a full inspection, we put together a custom solution to dry things out for good.
First, we installed our CleanSpace® Encapsulation System, complete with Drainage Matting for extra protection and water control. We added the EZ Flow® Drain System to redirect groundwater and connected it to a SmartSump®, specifically designed to handle crawl space conditions.
To keep the air dry and healthy, we brought in the SaniDry Sedona®, a powerful, energy-efficient dehumidifier that helps prevent mold and musty smells. And since Ontario winters love to surprise us, we finished it off with an IceGuard® Discharge Line System, so water can escape even in freezing temps.
