Recently at Basement Systems Toronto, we had the opportunity to transform a homeowner's experience in Pickering, ON, by tackling a unique challenge. The homeowner contacted us, concerned about a persistent odor emanating from their crawl space, along with the issue of several broken ducts that needed repair. Unsure of how to proceed and eager for a solution, the homeowner sought our expertise to not only address these issues but also improve their home’s overall air quality.

Our journey began with a thorough consultation, during which our Customer Care team quickly arranged a home inspection. Upon arrival, our experienced System Design Specialist conducted a detailed inspection of the crawl space, identifying the source of the odor and assessing the broken ducts. We recommended a combination of solutions, including the installation of the CleanSpace system and an EverLast™ door, to provide long-lasting protection and efficiency for the crawl space. We explained how the CleanSpace system would insulate and protect the area from mold, pests, and moisture, while the EverLast™ door would ensure an airtight and durable seal, safeguarding the crawl space from external conditions.
