A homeowner in New Lowell contacted us after noticing foundation cracks, water infiltration and growing concerns about the condition of their crawl space. Moisture and structural issues were affecting the comfort of the home and the customer wanted a long-term solution.

Our team performed a full inspection and designed a repair plan tailored to the home’s needs. We installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system with drainage matting and a durable vapor barrier to separate the crawl space from ground moisture. To control humidity, we added the SaniDry Sedona, a high-efficiency dehumidification system. SilverGlo insulation panels were installed to improve energy efficiency and provide added protection against cold and moisture.

For water management, we placed a SuperSump system to safely collect and discharge any groundwater. Structural concerns were addressed using SmartJack support posts to stabilize and level the sagging floors above. To finish the project, we applied MoldX2 to clean and treat affected surfaces.

The result was a dry, stable and healthier crawl space, giving the homeowner peace of mind and long-lasting protection for their home.
